The Immersion.

5 days. 8–12 people. A foreign city that strips your professional context entirely. That's the mechanism.

Group hug at the immersion

This is not a retreat.

No yoga mats, no linen pants, no guided journaling at sunrise. This is 8–12 people in a house in a foreign city, doing things that make it impossible to stay behind the mask. The proximity is the point. The discomfort is the point.

How It Works

Five ways the mask comes off.

01

Primal Play

Movement as awareness, not fitness. Animal movement, calisthenics, mobility. The body holds patterns... tension, posture, how you take up space. Unscripted movement removes the script the competent adult relies on.

02

Improv

No script, no correct answer, no performance to manage. The game moves too fast for the self-monitoring system to operate. Most adults have had spontaneity trained out of them. Improv gives it back.

03

Exposure Challenges

Street-based challenges in a foreign city. The challenge isn't the point... the gap between knowing you should do it and actually doing it is the unit of study. Each rep gives your nervous system evidence that the thing feared is survivable.

04

Dance

Dork dancing. Sober dance. The body moving without instruction, without performance, without being watched for technique. When everyone is equally ridiculous, the armor has nowhere to hide.

05

Growth Circles

Not therapy. Not a support group. A structured space where participants name what actually happened... in their body, their behavior, the gap between who they intended to be and who they were. Being witnessed honestly changes the weight of what's been carried.

Who it's for.

You've built something real. Career, stability, a life that works from the outside. But the performance took over somewhere along the way and the person underneath got quieter.

You're not in crisis. No one would know anything was wrong. But there's a flatness you can't explain... not depression, not breakdown. Just watching your own life from a slight distance.

You know something needs to shift. You just don't know what.

Who it's not for.

Someone who wants to do everything alone.
Someone here to be seen doing the work.
Someone who needs everything to feel comfortable.
Someone looking for a quick fix.
Someone who doesn't want to look ridiculous.

The details.
